We are a fast growing company and are looking for self-driven Team Members with a passion for success to join the team. This new position is best suited for individuals with a passion for modern design, as well as creating memorable customer experiences. You will help in assisting people develop long lasting relationships with us by probing their needs, following up on leads and converting curiosity into partnerships.
Your responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads
- Source and secure new trade clients
- Engage interior designers and develop business ecosystem
- Follow up and close relevant sales cases
- Work flexibly across a range of different tasks as needed
- Develop long term working relationships with clients
We are looking for someone who:
- is honest, diligent, responsible
- Has B2B sales experience, preferably with prior sales experience in the architectural or design industry
- Is organised and can set priorities to work on a variety of tasks as needed
- Has leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks and follow up
- Has strong communication skills, and is able to build rapport
